TOP tips for doings any Asanas
- Best time to practice Asanas is early morning before breakfast or might be aftrer some very light meal
- Evacuate your bowl and bladder in the moring before performing any asanas
- If posible take bath before and after doing asanas
- Practice asanas in a warm, quite ,clean and airy place might be in your balcony or might be in yor roof
- Using mat or blanket is necessary please dont go on bare foot
- Dress should be comfortable and also loose so that you can move easily
- Start your sesison with some rough movement for 5 minutes can be fast walking or jumping to loosen up your joint and body
- You must do breatheing with your nose only while doing any asanas
- Try to avoid any jerky type movements
- Do not force your body to achieve any final pose
- Cosulting your doctor or informing your yoga practioner is a good way if you have any medical conditions
- Genrally it takes 3 months to start showing positve effects
